One little tip. I couldn't wait to finish the job off and get it in the car, but because of this I don't think the body filler was fully dried and when the car has been parked in the sun, a crack has appeared in it. I should have left it a couple of days before painting it. Easily repaired though.

P.S. does anyone know where I can buy paint to paint light globes with? My boost gauge has a clear light in it, but all the other instruments light up green. Someone told me you can use nail varnish. Any ideas?????

Depending on the size and type of globe you can buy sleeves that go over the globe. Available from any auto parts shop...

Could probably replace the globe/led all together

yeah i used the red globe condoms on my gauges and radio.ect with the idea if them being red. they all came out a dull red pink crap colour. better to replace globe.

u can buy different coloured "condoms" from autometer

hi scooter to paint the light glubs you could use any colour from a simple pin it is working it did on mine it is worth to try you may not like it but is cool on ma car thu. good luk
