every one is baking them but has any one tried a hair dryer or heat gun along the glue on the lights would be safer i would have thought : D

No good I would have thought, the heat is too localised - you need to heat the entire unit evenly to be able to pull it apart.

Yeah, I reckon its just the thought of an oven as a cooking tool rather than a warming tool that puts people off. At least with an oven you can set temp & time, heatgun requires patience and skill, both of which I lack

One day i will cook, tint and blacken my lights, but they'll have to wait until i do all the other necessary stuff and a day off. my lens's are also really yellow *yuck* haha and will need cleaning up too.
