Default Question for detailers/upholstery people

My leather drivers seat has some weird stretch marks in it from the previous owner that I would like to try and get straightened out. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Here is the pic:

The bits I'm worried about are the dent in the base, and the looseness in the left (top of pic) side bolster.

I'm hoping he just left his wallet in his back left pocket regularly

Which bolster side.

Stopped putting walet in back pocket 10 plus years ago. Advised against it by back surgeon.

Clip it.

Watch this vid: Pressure marks on leather -- Leather Care -- www.colourlock.com - YouTube

Tip: be GENTLE with the heat - massage the Christ out of it. I've had great success with this technique, avoid chemicals etc etc

After you're happy with results - get some conditioner on those seats, they look dry/tight. Best way to think of leather is human skin, keep it moisturised as this helps to keep it soft and flexible!
