Any issues, problems or advice?

I'd be avoiding ones that cheap... usually the cheaper they are, the more headaches you'll have getting it looking decent and fitting properly (despite how many times they say 'direct fit!'). They also tend to be made of stupidly thin polyuthrane, completely defeating the purpose of getting a plastic one.

Subaru genuine ones go for about $300 from what I've been told & Ultrex do a version too that comes with proper brackets and what not:

Both of the lips you have linked are to suit 99/00 bumpers.
