Default Stock sat nav/ DVD

Does anyone know wherei can take my 2011 premium wrx to get the factory sat nav/ DVD to play movies for the passengers while driving and also so they can input addresses for you while you drive instead of having to stop all the time...

You can do it yourself pretty easy! It's just cuttting and earthing a grey cable at the back of the unit. Took me about 35 minutes to do, most of that was getting the unit out and putting it back!

Saying that, if you don't feel comfortable. Grant at Alberts Morley should be able to help you out. Or any auto electrician.

Just a quick point regarding step 1 in the photos above for anyone else doing this. It's MUCH easier on your finger nails if you get the unit to tilt the screen (e.g. like when you're inserting a disc) and then pull the fascia off using the gap at the sides which is now created by tilting the screen between the unit and the fascia. Plus you can grab it via the returns that aren't seen, as opposed to the top edge which you could scratch or scuff if you're not careful.
