There's a 24/7 one in Joondalup off Joondalup drive that I use all the time as I have no shaded area at home and just get water marks. I go about 9-9:30 and the place is pretty dead, maybe one other car but nobody cares and the caretaker has well and truly knocked off by then. Take my own bucket and sponge.

I had to use a car was on the weekend. Went across to auto one and grabbed a microfibre sponge and chami and used the soap spray to wet and soap the car up then used the sponge to scrub it down. Rinsed it off and then chamied the car. Cost me like 3buks cause i didnt fuck about.

Rhino car wash on Stirling highway nedlands does it. It's a touch less car wash too.

Warton road caltex, near randford road has a car wash, use the drive through super wash for $18 and it washes your undercarriage also has a foaming brush for your wheels before you go in, being a shammy and you're done can pay by card too

Not a bad temporary option in between full washes.

There's also a wash station on Canning Hwy Mt Pleasant next to the Shell @ Canning Bridge...byo bucket, clean (microfibre covered) sponge and microfibre towel to dry...hose down car, sponge with clean water (no additives required) from bucket, hose off, dry with towel...if required do wheels with Autoglym alloy wheel cleaner and soft brush...

Car Care Products / Duragloss / Exterior / Wash Shampoos / Rinseless Wash
This here may be an option says all you need to do is add x amount of product with x amount of water then wash a small section then dry. No need for hose or lots of water.

Does your underground car park not have drainage then? If not, park it in the street outside and wash it there, before moving it back in?
