You will need camber adjustment as well, and likely coilovers to give you more room inside the wheel arch.

i'd definitely go for the 8.5 it wont look as good but will cause a lot less headaches with rubbing, Coilovers and rolled guards either way are recommended and probably camber bolts to be safe. Tyre width will affect rubbing as well as a straight side wall will make it taller where as if you have a bit of stretch itll pull the highest part of the tyre in a couple mm giving you a bit more room to work with.
Do you want a fast practical car or a fast car which rubs more then a pedo outside a primary school

Cheers David... and cheers for that very good argument Taylor.
Decision made on 8.5 then to be practical and easier to live with everyday Work CR Kiwamis is what I'm looking at. They're the new lightweight wheels from Work, flow formed. EDIT: also looking at either Black colour or the limited edition ones - the Seiran (Blue ring and blue inside of spokes) or the Kurenai (Red ring and red inside of spokes). I'm going towards black though as the coloured ones might be too hard to live with, it's not like the Weds colours, these ones are really in your face. Don't do a stretched tyre, if anything do the opposite and put some fat rubber, or simply a tyre that is suited to the rim, this way the rim is more protected, especially if you do those fancy blue ones, as the moment you tear up the lip of them they will look shit.
I still have all the work stickers for mine, didn't put them on as they are a bit ghey. A 245/40 on a 8.5 I believe is ideal. With the works you will also need to purchase the obligatory work RS lugnuts.

that "metal bright" colour might work on your wrb. any of those colours in the first link would look good imo |

Yes totally agree Kiiz, that is what I think too.. Black or Work Metal bright...Black would be easier to maintain, WMB is Chrome rim and might be a pain to upkeep though?

Yeah go something different from the typical white or black with wrb, I did it and I love the silver on silver, silver will look fresh on wrb.
