Default Painting sideskirts

Did a little test on what my sideskirts would look like painted..i think it looks pretty decent..bar the fact the tape doesnt match my car paint Opinions/suggestions pls!

Dan is doing mine today (hopefully - last minute motorvation mods hehe)

he went to that place in balcatta.. opposite pickles auctions. Apparently the guy knows his stuff pretty well. Gave him some stuff that will remove all traces of armor all etc..

will post pics when done...

I bought my paint from there. Was quite expensive as the colour had to be mixed, but no one else has the yellow for my car.

On the missus 'Whitewave' ride i used plastic primer and painted all the skirts including the strips and went with the silver and a few coats of clear and thing looks the bomb... over all, no black to be seen .

I went to Protec in Welshpool for all the primers, clear and 1ltr 2pk silver cost 140bux...worthwhile mod

Define EXPENSIVE. There is a place in osborne park that will make
an exact match (using colour code from engine bay) in a spray-pack
for $27. Not a bad price considering you just give them the code
with no stuffing around.

Expensive being $26 for 400ml can (ok not really expensive but I can get pre made colours from Repco for $8!!!!)

im getting my skirts and fog light covers painted for $200 from a mate whos a panel beater/painter he supplying paint and matchin colour codes

Hey peoples,
I have recently painted my rear and side skirts myself.
I havnt put my side ones on my car as of yet, but the rears are on there.
Hopefully this image will give everyone an idea of the outcome you can achieve.
