Hi Mao. Just as a matter of interest, what front mount intercooler kits to suit an 08 Sti can you get besides the process west gear? My preference would be for a black core with red piping if at all possible. Do you have any approx prices?

Would the stock vf48 fill a front mount or would it create lag between gears?

I have other hobbies and expenses which take priority before "tracking my car" and my car is put together to be enjoyed on a daily basis. I'm a bit of an overly-cautious person (a "pussy" you may say), so flogging my one and only method of transport to and from work around the track isn't a high priority or all that appealing to me at the minute as I'm not in a financial position to fix any major breakages or having an "off" (quitely likely)

I'm quite entitled to think that kremer is going about it all backwards in regards to the intercooler issue. Yes it's ultimately his choice but when you're sharing your decisions and/or questions on a forum you're going to attract feedback. Not all of it positive. I've copped shit for Hella's from the boys at STechnic, Kym has copped shit for, well just about everything he's ever done to his car, Soksta cops shit for buying things and re-selling them and noise niggles, people with Rota's have copped shit, blah blah blah.

I'm not giving kremer shit per se, I just find it frustrating that he has a fucking beautiful car and wants to chuck BOV's, turbo timers, start buttons and a FMIC on it while utilising the stock turbo. Surely you'd change your turbo first, then change the intercooler?! Or better yet, both at the same time if funds allow.
