Below are some pics of the Cusco LSD installation on a Honda H22 Vtec done in-house @ Evolution R.

Note the LSD is already on the ring gear which is inserted into the gearbox housing on the right side. New Ring-gear bearings have to be used on both ends of the new LSD:


Housing back and gearbox is now ready to go back on:

Finally got to get my car back on the track last weekend and try out the new diff.
You can hear it working when manouevering around the car park but once on the track it works well.The car has good drive out of the corners and some understeer has been eliminated.
Am quite happy with the outcome.
Will have to see what long term results will be.

Use the cusco oil for a daily driver.

Anything else will just make harsh driveline noises.
