Not bad! Another 2x screens for left and right would be ideal

It’s a one off. Homemade, he described it as a passion of love, the hours he devoted to it was mind blowing. The detail and workmanship is second to none.

Very nice rig there, lovin' the Initial D stickers
My G25 just carked it recently, bought it at release of Prologue (too long and too much usage I suspect :P). Any suggestions for a replacement? G27 is the natural choice.

Is there anywhere to try out one of those Playseats in Perth? Or does anyone know of something better?
Being of 'wide load' status, I'd like to make sure they are comfy before buying.

'Obviously not to the design as posted by sik'em', but those consoles arn't all that difficult to make.
When I was working for 'the now closed down', Skippers Automotive Panel & Paint, we designed one to commemorate Tommi Makinen's EVHOE 'def the highlight of my panel beating career working on that car', basically scout out some panel shops 'or fellow pdidz members garages and get a hold of a bonnet, fender, headlight, rim, seat and rail, and if you're really keen try setting up a door 'we didn't do this'. Grab some steel tubing and get to cutting and welding. You can either do it as a half cut and lean it up against a wall or alternately 'if you really want to go for broke', look at doing a complete front end. 'might be just as easy to source a front cut' Wish I took photo's of the one we built 'we did a half cut', as it turned out pretty sweet! One of the panel beaters there made a complete front end out of EF XR8 parts for home use and it was sweet as! Really nice home unit there sik'em! Alternately you could hit up sik'ems' design and make a fibreglass mould for the seat and copy the design of the 'im assuming', MDF or Partical Board case I hear fatboy might have some interior parts for sale

Wonder how low they'll go on price if we could get a few ppl interested. After something for my wheel. But shipping is a killer on most items. |
