Mass Effect 2 has some great visuals, as well as Alan Wake and Assasins Creed 2. Forza 3 for an old game looks great.

Few upcoming titles such as Halo Reach, Dead Space 2, FEAR 3, Crysis 2, FIFA 11 all seem to push the limits of the 360 hardware.
