Default 350z vs WRX

In a drag who will win between a 350 and a WRX that's stock? I know it's a bit hard to give a definitive answer because there are all sorts of variables, but interested in hearing a few opinions. I've dragged 3 WRXs, one was stock which I beat, but I don't think he launched very aggressively the other two were modded and I lost both of those. I had traction control on as I wasn't anticipating a race, but still would have lost I think. All 3 were in Nrthn suburbs including a maroon (maybe bug?) one on Joondalup drive - anyone here?

WRX 2001 and on and not Sti. I've got an 03 Track. I think the differences between the 03 and Anniversary/06 models are negligible however. Something like 0.1sec for 0 - 100.

neg... i reckon you'd get chopped by all WRX's(with a competent driver)... until you put a few mods on the 350...

and then you put on a few mods on the WRX and its chop chop all over again.

Stock for Stock a WRX will probably be little bit faster but requires a decent launch to get ahead.

Mod for Mod a WRX will definitely be faster.

Stock i dragged a friends 05 wrx and beat it. Once he got mods he went ahead, except for runs on freeway where 350 had advantage.

Mods on a 350z do fk all, cant get decent figures if going n/a route.

Yeah, but I bet a 3 MPS could beat it from 80 to 120 in 4th gear during a summer solsitce on a 22degree day with the wind heading north, stock-for-stock!

Sorry it just reminds me of that ridiculous figure Mazda quoted when they released the 3 MPS.
