IMHO (flame if need be ) if she was doing 120 and wasn't in the capacity to overtake, then maybe she should stay behind the car and do 5kmh lower than the car she was intended to overtake... or take her to some driver training. In the meantime, get a supercharger, turbo and NOS to make it easier next time.
