Hi folks, just wondering ....is there a way of turning off the anti-hijack mode cause im kind of finding it annoying having to restart everytime i have to open the garage because the engine turns off by itself when i jump back in..you know what i mean right?

You should be able to open the garage and get back in your car in time. It is annoying though.

i use to do that everytime i would need to open my gate and drive in, its gives you enough time to do that.

I wouldnt bother disabling it, as the day it pays you back youll be patting yourself on your back thanking your stars you didnt disable it.

Never received your car back after the new engine, gearbox and paintwork is finished - ie 4 months after it was borrowed with out permission, have you?

theres the Embarrassment of driving a Hyundai or some crap they give you as a loaner.

OH and theres the - the tyres may all be bald and one had burst from the constant burnout but they wernt new were they (need to prove amount of tread you had) so as your insurer we'll pay half?

and... the clutch wouldnt have been new so we arent paying for all of the new one either.

then the fact that the car never really seems the same after the pounding it has recieved

but yeh - the insurance pays....Not worth getting it stolen in the first place I and others reckon!

Why not get a remote for your garage door. People shouldn't generally be aware of how to turn off things that prevent cars from being stolen, as said read the manual.
