i once read an extensive study on North v South ranging from Suburb prices - medium, max, etc, industry, infrastructure, hospitals, schools, beaches, lifetsyle and many many others including Football teams.

It was really no suprise that NORTH WON HANDS DOWN by a huge margin!

(I mean, when you start listing Rosmoyne and Ardross as candidate suburbs to represent Southern suburbs.. it's worth a laugh heheh)

Fact of the matter is, if you live in a shit area, the said area is made no less shit by it being either north of south of the river.

If it's shit, north or south, it's still shit.

But generally, with obvious exceptions, the less central the area the more poo it is likley to be.
