Default Subaru Ossie park

Well call it my first rant and rave but went in today to get a small part which has been ordered for two weeks fitted under warranty . About twenty minutes later the service man came back and said " Oh we cant fix it , but i'll order the part and its two weeks ex japan " , about here I lost it I explained that it was booked in today for the new part to be fitted and the reply I got was " We'll call you when it arrives to be fitted " is it just me or has service in this establishment gone downhill i mean they cant even order parts let alone the correct ones .

Thats strange although not surprising for Subaru Service

I often go there to get parts for my 17 year old imported Legacy and They always have it in stock. The guy I usually deal with is Paul who is a Parts Manager and hes been very helpful and knowledgeable about getting the right parts for my car.

Must of had a fuckwit apprentice or something order the wrong part.

Yeah - They are dumbasses.

I went to get a water pump for my WRX and they gave me a RX pump.

Fools.

If any of yous are getting parts , make sure you give them the chassis number and tell them to load it into the subaru computer.

I used to do subau parts and if you load in the chassis number then the computer will only spit out the correct part number so you wont have a drama

I've had bad experiences with Osb Pk service dept. They're quite useless imo. Hence why my car now goes to RMS for service.
