joe has been thinking about converting his fairmot ghia with the driveline of an F6 thus the mongrel moniker!

HAHA Fairmont F6...I'll explain.

We've inherited a 2004 BA Fairmont Ghia with 17,000km on the clock. Metallic gunmetal grey (don't know the name of that colour), black leather.

I've been having crazy thoughts of buying:

- XR6T/F6 motor
- 6 speed auto
- Nizpro/APS upgrades
- Black painted brembos
- Few suspension bits and pieces

Fairmont Ghia + All of the above = Fairmont Ghia F6 The ultimate sleeper and burnout machine!

On that note Pete, I reckon you should snap up a year or two old F6 for a song and smash out 500rwhp....burnouts all round
