Any car that's been on fire will almost always end up a statutory write off regardless of the accident damage anyway. ie; can never be re-registered.

Who is the biggest loser: the guy in that ferrari video who "took it to the track" where its "supposed to be" and then wrote off the front end into the wall or someone like ATZ who has an accident thats much worse but it does not end up costing him a cent as its on the street and covered by insurance.
