Do a search on Robin Berado and PMS Engineering. that'll answer your question. Otherwise JUN long motor will be around 20k built.

or get it done in the states through axis engineering

do a google for their contact details
the guy to talk to there is ron
i believe a couple of guys here have got their engine built by axis and were pretty competitive even after freight and custom cost

Why not go 2.5 stroker if ya do it at all? Could well be on the wrong track 'ere, but unless there's some technical or $$$ reason not to, go for the max.

Might as well buy 25 in the first place.....
Besides, anything bigger than 2.2 will blow with the application of any decent power figures...

if on a budget, try a ej22 motor(2212cc), put some turbo rods, crank out of a ej20, forged pistons and put some wrx heads over the top, good for 400hp as they are and open deck according to Robin from PMS...i have a spare ej22 block plus 2 cranks ready to go, but decided to get a 2.35 motor from AXIS in the USA

A 2.2 stroker is a 2 litre block with a forged stroker crank, rods and pistons. If built properly, its going to be as bulletproof as a built 2 litre....and it'll provide better spool than a 2 litre, with comparable RPM.

If you want a 2.2 but you dont want a forged stroker crank, find a rare EJ22 closed deck block (from the 22B and USDM Liberty Turbo), stuff it with forged pistons, rods, and an EJ20 STi crank.

Personally, I'd take either option over a 2.5 any day..
