All that lovely suspension setup, the DCCD, etc...and your going to TOTALLY destroy the geometry and setup by putting air suspension? I'd strongly advise AGAINST doing that.
wht would u suggest?
i probably want something easily adjustable (like air suspension)

wai - by getting airbag suspension you are going to run into the fun time of repairing airbag leaks, having possible 'bumpy' suspension and not have anywhere near the quality ride that you have now. WRX's are known for the good suspension setup (even better when modded) and by putting airbags in you are going to destroy it. Your audio will also suffer due to the massive tank that you have to drive around with and the lovely noise of the tank when you want to 'jump up and down'.

Get Adjustable coilovers if you want to adjust the height... its not fast to adjust but its safe, has less problems and is of a better quality.

Pettata - Many brands of suspension are available. I cannot remember as of right now what coilovers bakks had in his old rex but I do remember that they have had quite a few good reviews and positive outcomes (could have been koni's? can't remember if im thinking of the shocks I am after or thats what bakks had haha). Starting price supposedly for the coilovers is $2k and upwards.

Theres like a million brands of coil overs out there. Heaps, price and quality vary by a huge amount too.

If you want adjustable ride height, check out the new Tein Super Street coilovers. They are a Tein coilover which is designed to be comfortable, as well as height adjustable.

what about if i get king springs now.
because kings springs = bad for struts.
but then in a year time change to some quality coilovers which mean the struts used with the king springs would be useless right?
does this sound like a good plan or will king springs ruin other parts of my suspesion?

Wai, i guess if your car is just for street use the kings will be ok, although i've been told they aren't the best of quality. I would get the H&R springs if i were getting aftermarket bits, but i'm doing STi Pinks instead.
But if you plan to track the car, and have the money, i'd get some coilovers. Or better yet, if you have the latter, get coilovers!

And yes, the struts will deteriorate over time. Perhaps try and find some springs that similar rates to the stock ones if it's an issue? But if you're planning to get coilovers later, then just get some slammed springs as you told me it's basically a show car?

go get whiteline group 4 coilovers
and be done with it

get some good quality strut tops with the coilovers and then you can go crazy with camber!
