Know anyone that wears a suit & is over 30?, Just go back there with someone who looks like a lawyer but tell them to keep their mouth shut & confront them again with the guy standing beside you, I did this years ago with a shonky transmition job & never had a problem with them after that (was actually my old man) the sight of a lawyer usually puts the shits up most people.

get a letter done on a lawyer letterhead... usually works unless you deal with arrogant south africans like what happened to me at one audiovisual store....
