should bring you down to the mid 13s.
but i wouldnt recommand it.

Invest $1500 in the stock market - when you turn 17/18, hopefully you'll have enough for an exhaust & ecutek.

blues is on the ball, regardless what you do, it will affect your cars warranty, so keep savin till its out of warranty and yours

ok so you've already got cat-back - i'd be getting RaceTorque or Maximum Motorsport to fit a down pipe and EcuTek custom tune (tek 3) or Unichip which will both keep your dad happy.
who knows how much of an improvement this'll give you down the 1/4, but it'll be worth it for the huge gain in day-to-day usable performance
