Spot free isn't a 'rort' but some operators are.......membranes need reverse flushing with saltwater every 4 weeks to stay effective and there's only 6 sites I know of that do it.

I only use the manual bays, Presoak first - wait 2 minutes for it to do it's work, high pressure rinse - no soap - no brush, Spotfree = done!

I only use the Duncraig or Joondanna sites.

I use hand polish with Swissvax Samurai ($190! per tub) once every three months. Dust and road grime doesn't stick to the waxed surface.
