Go over east, get anything within that range for several thousand dollars cheaper then in WA.

i was thinking of going over and may still do depending on the car i am planning on buying in the next few days.........

gotta try to get the 14 k fhbg will pay for some of the car and increase my budget if i can get in before it gets cut off

there will be another incentive!!

thing is its daft coz you still gotta pay the goverment 50k ish so really they are just knocking the 21k or 14k off ....

i would still hold out though as you can guarantee there will be another incentive to simulate the market......

yeah lock in on a low rate on a house that could drop 40k in a year......
