orright guys just sold my MY99 with the buggered donk.

in the next few months - a year ill be in the market for a new WRX

im thinkin of goin for a 6 spd sti straight out to save with the fuck around of replacing all that crap. are the 6 spds rare or pretty common? anyone have one theyre thinking of parting with in the next year?
dunno yet how much im planning to spend probably around 30k
just have to settle my debts first

all sti's from 02 on are 6 speeds.

all 02-05 sti's come with the ej207 motor

all 06 onwards sti's come with ej257

05 sti's onwards come with DCCD

all sti's from 02 come with brembo's

06 sti for $30k

dreamer.

you might get lucky and get an 05 for that, but again, thats a stretch. $30k budget means your looking at a low km 02sti, or an 03-04 most likely.

What happened to EJ275 into GC8 and 'all the time in the world' and 'money being no issue' ?

I think Kym (ImPreSiV) has a very nice 02 STI for sale.

I think you should buy his

I know for sure his is a very nice looked after STI

and you will get change from $30K

well i decided that i want a house more than the car build so i had to get rid of mine and pay off my current debt before i go gettin a home loan.
