yea that was my other thought bout the interest rates. also even if there is another stimulus package which theyre talking bout well only have to be paying it all back in a few years anyway and you can bet well be paying back more than they gave us.

it always goes back to the goverment lol

i would wait for the houses to drop and not worry about the rates the big savings are on the houses....but thats just my opinion......

Houses have dropped mate!!! Don't think you've been here long enough to give an opinion worth alot of weight tbh. But time will tell.

an they will keep dropping i have been watchimg house prices in wa for the last 2 years

ie since we started applying for visas we were checking em out and watching the prices go up then down lol
