yea that was my other thought bout the interest rates. also even if there is another stimulus package which theyre talking bout well only have to be paying it all back in a few years anyway and you can bet well be paying back more than they gave us.

it always goes back to the goverment lol

i would wait for the houses to drop and not worry about the rates the big savings are on the houses....but thats just my opinion......

You'd make that 40k back in a year. Plus lock in a 5.x intrest rate otherwise wait till 8-9% is back in youll smile with a nice sti but have nothing but a liability.
