yea, with that setup i think you'll pull around 260-270 at the hubs, and far less at the wheels.

That's interesting. I'll post the figures once tuned. I was told P20 housing will make more power. Don't know where to get one from.

What, you guys use engine dynos in the UK? Hardly practical this side of a race engine development team.

Or do you measure at the wheels (like us dumb colonials do) then just whack on a magical multiplication number to make it sound more impressive?

The p20 will give you more torque, not so much horsepower. By fitting a JDM STi motor, i wouldnt say you will see a HUGE difference from what you already had, as you are possibly running the same turbo (i assume). What it does give you is a stronger base in which you can get a better turbo, bigger one, lower the boost and get more torque out of her.

This is why, when i do it, i will be installing a 2.5ltr crank and strrrroking her. May aswel get something out of her whilst its cracked. Doubtful you will see 360, even at the fly, and why bother measuring at the fly anyway? Im yet to find a real reason other then making your car sound better then it actually is. I spose for comparrison purposes in a racing event to show the difference between different teams rim/tyre/driveline choices.

IIRC it was a 30% loss as a standard over an awd driveline. Can anyone confirm that? I assume a good mapper was someone that puts ARFs at like 5:1 and says the mileage will be awsome.

roughly 360hp from a 207, vf34 and pump fuel can be done. (yes i know ps isnt exactly hp).
