If a person cannot drive properly, be it at 60, 80 or 100kms,i think it wont make a huge difference. Its the gold fish attention spand that gets them. Moving it from 80-100kms wont make a huge difference in time gained or crashes caused imo. 80km/h is quick enough to cause a fatality. Plus, if it was changed too 100, everyone would proberly do 110 anyway :P

God what freeway do you drive on. About 25% will do 110 ( or more ) as they currently do. The rest of the ass clowns will still sit somewhere between 60 & 100 oblivious of the speed limit ( and anything around them ) unless some hoon in a "Fast & Furious" car or a murdercycle fly past them doing the speed limit.
