Dude, you either have big power - scraifice spool, or you have spool and you sacrifice power. You cant really have both.

Vf34-p20 is the cheapest simplest upgrade to net you both of these worlds...although I wouldnt call it BIG power...but great for street.
screw in 26 psi - 300hp daily easy. and no big mods requried.

Trust TD06 20G kit, cams and springs so you can rev to 9k, injectors, more boost, retune

or sell it like you keep talking about and buy a scooter

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...light=vf34+p20

injectors... decaps?

tomei headers uneqaul length... its the slip joints that leak..nothing to do with coating..

or just buy a GTPS02 - its got a upgraded comp wheel, so it gives better performance. decaps & retune... big power..

Hey, I was in a similar situation with my previous car. Had a rebuilt 02 spec C motor, GTPS01 (TD05-16G) TMIC, zaust fuel, headers, ECU etc. Got 275hp and about 350Nm.

Fitted a FMIC, retune (Diff tuner boost up from 1.3 to 1.5) and got 308hp and 380Nm. Modded the dump and ran the turbo with no boost restriction at all (cause motor could take it)...I think it was about 1.7bar and got about 320hp and dont know what the Nm was. So, its do-able.

More boost, more fuel. Have a good chat with the tuner and they will tell you whats happening and what is holding it back.

Difference was though, you had Spec C cams.

This is the thing... I've seen so many GC8's with similar mods, and hardly any of them crack the 300 because the cams are holding them back.

Not saying it can't be done, but you'll just need a shitload more boost thats all.
