Coming from the UK where you can drive from the bottom to the top and its only 640 miles which is a hell of a lot smaller than Oz i have been thinking about some road trips.

Perth to Hobart, With a few days playing round Tassie, Up to Falls, Back to Adelaide via Great Ocean Rd and then back to Perth a week later. Bit over 10,000 km I think.

Biggest 1 day ever Driving to Perth when moving over here in the Classic. Woke up early and couldn't sleep so got on the road. Adelaide to Norseman in one day 1997km. Slept pretty good that night.

yep thats rcomps too hehe!! off top of my head it came to a shade under 4000kms thereabouts

Another when when me and fozzy picked up the forry from Penrith, NSW and drove back to perth in 54 hours incl over night stay in Ceduna, including 2 hot laps at Bathurst ( at 2am was fun) and gravel driver training at Great Australian Bight

Mandurah to Babakin (45km NE of Corrigin), about 620km round trip. Topped up @ BP Kelmscott and made it out there, had half a tank left and headed back. Halfway back along Brookton hwy the fucking fuel light comes on! Shit myself and coasted it all the way back to BP Kelmscott. Did 520km on that tank, my best record so far haha

Second longest was on Wednesday, drove to Bunbury because I was bored. Didn't see a single damned WRX on the roads down there apart from a silver peanut on display outside Bunbury Subaru... spotto fail
