Talking Build # 2 Complete!!!

So after lots of thinking and deciding which turbo i was going to put in my car, i finally came to a decision. Garret GT35R. Managed to get 400hp atw on 20psi (shweeeeeet) Pulls like an absolute demon! only thing is the turbo wont kick in till bout 4700. not really bothered by that at all, suits me fine actually because it's kind of like a bit of a sleeper now untill it hits boost. Now all i need is to do my gear box and clutch as its still a standard box
This definitely wont last long ha ha

1st lot of work:

GReddy FMIC with 4 point mist water spray(automatic and manual modes)
ej207 block
ant lag & rotational idol
AVO Silicon tubo inlet pipe
vf34 turbo (1.4 bar)
Blitz dual drive BOV
autronics ecu

Sard 850cc injectors
Walbro fuel pump
Cosworth 2.2l stroker kit with Billet conrods and crank
Cosworth forged Pistons
Cosworth Piston rings and rings
Cosworth 272 cams
Cosworth Hi-rpm valve springs
Cosworth Main and big end bearings
Recondition heads inc valve seats cut, stem seals, acid bath, facing and
pressure testing, reshim to suit cams, porting
ARP head stud kit
Ceramic coated headers
Torque plate bore and hone block
Metal head gaskets and gasket kit

New work!!:
Garret GT3582R
Braided oil and coolant lines
Custom up-pipe, down pipe, wastegate pipe, screamer pipe, intake pipe, and intercooler pipes (thats alot of pipes ha ha)
Turbosmart 45mm wastegate
4"K&N filter
Greddy oil cooler
Greddy oil catch can
Greddy Boost controller

(Pls excuse the lightness of the dyno sheet, ink was low on the printer!!)

Good work but you better order some more tyres as I think you will need them! Laggy yes but must snap your head back pretty good when it does hit.

yeah i didnt wanna push it too far just yet. Going to go for PPG straight cut gear set(was throwin up that or a 6 speed), twin plate clutch n wind the boost up to 24, maybe 26 psi. but that probably wont happen untill march ish.
