Norbert Pelzer owns Action Alarms and he definitely has a German accent plus he is a reasonable guy. Action Alarms are in Osborne Park and not Ocean Reef so I don't know to whom you would have spoken.
Action Alarms had the contract in WA to do installations of Brant systems in the early days (certainly up to 2003) but I'm not sure they did the later ones.
