After driving the car for a good couple of days now, I have really noticed the improvement. Has heaps more pull throughout the whole rev range. It does like to torque steer, I think that's the right terminology, front wheels seem to almost spin when given a boot full, especially if turning from a standstill at an intersection. Might be the under steer just highlighting itself more?

Definitely a completely different car to dive now, heaps more fun.

A massive, massive thanks to Nic and Sean at Allstar Garage, thanks for all your help and honesty. See you guys again very soon.

Just got to decide what to do next. What is everyone's thoughts on headers? Worthwhile?

Would also like to hear of anyone who has had a 2.0 ltr stroked to 2.2 and the pros / cons?

Cheers everyone.

Simon

No did not get a mac 3. I take it this is to help hold boost pressure?

Yeah looking over the dyno chart I have to agree with you. Its weird though, it really does seem to pull harder, through the top end of the rev range.

Go back and get a MAC valve, they are about $100 for the valve itself, and you will require a retune (the expensive bit.. ) but they make a huge difference in how the car will build and hold boost
