Default 2000 Special Edition Leather Seats

Hi everyone,

I'm interested in purchasing a 2000 model WRX.

I've notice a few models have the leather seats option, whats the feedback on these seats compared to the standard bucket seats?

They are just like regular seats, best off to get one with normal WRX
seats as they would hold you alot more solidly and more importantly
look a shit load better!

MY00 LTD EDT also comes with the gay fake wood inserts on the steering wheel and dash bits! It's so wrong!!!!

Yup, you cant insert fake class into a mass produced japanese shitbox.

They look like crap, and I presume in summer would roast your hole.

Hey mate,
I own a MY00 Ltd Edition WRX.... Interior comes with tan carpets, door trims, tan leather seats & momo woodgrain steering wheel.

I have now changed to buckets due to the leather seats starting to crack, due to old age and frequent use. The buckets are alot more firm to sit in, but can be alot harder to get into, probably moreso for bigger people.

The leather seats were pretty pimp though...

I quite like the tan leather in my daughters Ltd Ed but not much chop for track work as they are a bit slippery.

I had leather seats in a old vn calais, freezing in winter hot and sticky in the summer, would not go there again, but they do look very nice.
