Anti lag = start putting money aside for a new motor.

just bear in mind that anti-lag will significantly reduce the life of your turbine exhaust wheel
i say get a twinscroll setup (vf-36 of 37) to achieve 300hp without excessive lag and without the need for anti-lag, this will be a bit more costly though as you will need to change the sump/oil pickup/dipstick/headers and modify the dump pipe to fit it

mm just had a talk to dave from race torque he said the td05-20G will be too lagy so looks like the vf 34's the best bet. I'm guessing it wont quite get 300hp but if anyone has any other tips please let me know ie what boost you run etc.

Yeah I hardly ever switch it on, pretty much save it for the track/strip. As far as i know it should only wear out the turbo in witch case I'll have an exuse to try new ones later on. I've noticed a vf35 in the for sale section would this be better or worse than a vf34?
Thanks for everyones input its been a huge help

vf35 has a p15 exhaust housing which will spool quicker but is smaller then the vf34 with a p18 housing
