2 door, nice and light, quick and for the same money I would say in a few years the 2 door will not loose as much value as the newer sti..

Depend what you like really.. some people are a fan of the gc8 shape, and love the 2 doors... they are pretty rare really... Some people like the idea of a newer car, solid thud when you close the door etc etc.. Do you have kids? Or planning to in the near future... Seriously, if given the choice, unless you were looking at Chris' STI TUNED V5 STI that is for sale at the moment, I would go an 05 sti every time.

Really depends totally on what you want from the car and if you plan to mod it a little or alot.
If you want an exclusive car and are concerned about resale values etc, get the 2 door and dont mod it. If you plan to mod, then performance is an issue for you. Do you just want to go fast in a straightline or on the street? Or does tracking the car interest you? For street crusing and dishing the occasional chop then go the 2 door, if your thinking you will be hitting the track a bit I'd go a GDB. Finally, if its about an all round car that you probably wont mod much, then go the GDB or a camary.

took a 06 STI with an exhaust and ECUTek for a drive today, as nice as the 2 doors are, i'd rather be driving the 06 everyday.
