Default Found a car

Looking at my introduction, I was starting to look for a MY06/MY07 Sti.

Just put an offer in for a black MY06 which has had a bit done to it. Drove it Saturday night, and it went better than the V8 driving experience I did earlier this year.

Needs new brakes, so looking at a set of DBA 4000, but not sure if I go slotted and drilled, or just slotted, and some pads.

Once I have it, photos etc will go on, and I may need to change my forum name to Vader.

Tim

No, it has a full service history with 2 services by Subaru, the first and the last, and the remainder by MMS.

On the drive it pulled well from 1500rpm in 1st to 5th with no hestitation or clutch slip. Changed smoothly up and down the gears. The last service (2 weeks ago) so oil and other fluids were fine, no bubbles in the radiator when running, (head gasket). Car started from cold with no smoke.

Didn't jump out of gears. Engine bay was clean, but not steam cleaned.
