Want some advice

So I have decided to get a newer WRX and stumbled across this http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/...d=128D42A5E785

I love the look of it but why does it have leather seats and a sunroof? I don't know enough about which models come with what so I just want to make sure I am actually getting what I am paying for.
