I've ditched my property job and I now work for my family, doing Business Development for Vastese Bakery.. we have 20 staff and a reputation for quality, as well as a business philosophy which has been described as "old school".. not necessarily a bad thing for the high quality of our product, but "old school" and "efficiency" don't go together in the same sentence.

So my main job is to evolve the business into a streamlined, modern operation, and make sure we maintain quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies and of course the good old "get our product in as many retail outlets as humanly possible".

So if anyone needs bread, come and see me or hit me up with a PM.. also we make damn good coffees at our premises at 178 Alma Rd North Perth between 6-10am every Saturday

I dont think I actually listed my job properly.

I am in charge of the process for delivering new engineering standards, as well as asset and operational improvements to the Water Corporation.
