Car has just been at Speedtech in Wellington. Not sure if I am reading the torque figure right. It is graphed at 1568.2 NM. I guess divided by 4 it equals 392 NM

Ive watched the edmunds review on youtube of the RAR like a thousand times...


so is it as precise as a Seiko watch? and the torque band wide as the grand canyon?

furthermore, have you weighed it yet? its meant to be 1390kg's right? do you have pictures of the boot and lack of sound proofing? sorry for being a pushy nerd

Does it feel a bit nasty in terms of refinement? there was a french review on youtube and when they wound down the windows it sounded quite tinny

anyways let me know when u get sick of it, and ready to sell it

Yes you can lick it but then you would need to give it a complete wash and another coat of wax.

Car was weighted before shipping and does come in at 1390 kg. It was shipped with the fuel light on so I guess it is fairly spot on.

Yes car is very unrefined to drive and own. Carpet and roof lining have no underlay at all and are just glued straight to the metal, sun visors are just foam with a cover on them, road noise is terrible and ride is harsh with the body being so rigid.

Thats the bad points but you forget about them when you have the foot down and this thing is great on the mountain roads. It handles really well and is very netural. Does not plow like most 4wd cars when pushed hard.

And yes this car is for sale for the right price. I still want a 22b

having a few issues with the boost pill. It was missing when it arrived and I machined one at work. Hole size 47 thou. Seems it is a bit too big. Waiting to get a new front pipe and install an EBC then get it all retuned.

Car was detuned a little and was suffering from bad heat soak on the day.

Boost has been set to 19 psi as well

love the 12L spray tank! could be useful for aqua-mist...

so a pretty nasty road machine hey? thats sweet cause as you mentioned it is designed for the road where you enjoy apex's rather than talkback radio. DO you have a daily? or were you considering this as your only car in NZ? what are the roads like over there anyway?

Rather than how much, its more a matter of when you'll be selling this baby? As you said before your on a 12 month contract in NZ, so you won't be able to import it into australia for a year anyway?

my point is that will be perfect, as ill be looking for a STI come next april
