According to my spreadsheet I am up to about $8k just in parts and install costs, and it needs updating. So I am out.

Can of black spray paint for 'tint' - $10
Tuna spec 2 bar mod - $10

OK totally from a looks perspective, not Performance/handling..

Starting with a stock Club Spec Evo IV, already has the black rims as stock....
Like this at the start:

1) Lowered Springs = $350
2) Front Lip = paid $120 (sanded, primed, painted and fitted myself)
3) STi 22B style spoiler (traded my boot with stock spoiler for a fellow member's boot) = Free
4) Genuine painted and stickered foglamp covers = $400 from japanparts.com (way cheaper if you buy aftermarket and paint and sticker seperately, but i was lazy)
5) STI RA Duracon gear knob = $100 from japanparts.com
6) STI Pedals = $160 from Japanparts.com
7) DIY paint of little triangular vent on front bar = Free
8) Spray front indicators with the midnight translucent tint = Free (took the leftovers from a mate)
9) De-badge/De sticker the unwanted bits... = Free
10) Perth WRX small white sticker = $5 and 10HP

Total Cost = Approx $1135

End - looks like this (minus fog lamp :

and with the foglamp covers:

Done and Winning with $365 to spare to spend on tipping dollars!!!

Edit: If you include cost of my plates, I have $15 dollars spare for a quick lap dance....

$1500 is a guide for what you can "spend"

If you can photochop these things onto your car - Sweet.
if your car looks the same way with the mods you are/have put on. Post them up.
If you have no pics but can describe what it looks like - Awesome.

But Basically I'm looking to see to get peoples imagination going with a limited budget, what can you do to get a car that looks tasteful and tidy.
There will be no judges but other members of the forum - read: this is a freeforall.
Maybe i should re word this to something along the lines of
" you are given an imaginary car, the same one you own, but in stock form, given $1500 imaginary dollars. What would you do to get the car looking good??"

People who chime in with the " i spent 70billion on my car i cant do this" responses are missing the point. Unless you have no concept of a budget or money you should be able to do this.
