All the more reason for the mint condition, well kept ones to end up becoming a sought after Japanese classic.

Although the S13 may be used and abused by most owners here, they too are heading for Japanese classic territory, which they've already semi attained in Japan.

The more the fucktards of the world thrash and destroy them the more rare and sought after the good condition ones become. I imagine many of the low-cost high power cars from the 80s and 90s will become Japanese classics.

S-Series probably not, mab a little.

Any other GC, not a chance.

In any case there are far, far better ways of investing money.

The whole GTHO thing only happened because there was an influx of very cashed up bogans in the boom. Look at what they are worth now by comparison. That won't happen again.
And they are AUSTRALIAN cars backed by motorsport history from racing legends.

Havnt seen a GC8 win the ATCC or bathurst with Brock behind the wheel.

Only GTRs that have a chance of being worth money are the AUDM 32 V-Specs (Very very slim chance, bogans don't like them and everyone else would buy a 34, 35's will be cheap in 10-15 years too) and Z-Tunes.

The true classics that appreciate in value are typically made of real metal. Anything else is just inflated.

Buy, drive, enjoy.. Try not to write it off, replace blown gear with cooler stuff.. To me a car is the complete opposite of investment. Growth over time is low, high effort, high risk..
