Tuning
Hey i have a ecutek tune on my wrx and the previous owner had it tune last time in 2005, is it neccessary to get a retune now, even no extra mods has been put on since ithink.

not unless there's something wrong with the tune,
the ecu doesn't just gradually "lose" the tune like a memory

personally.. id get a retune, just freshen it up.. i could be wrong but there might be a new software out for it...

Yeah thats what i thought, but then again i dont know the history cos he could had put the turboback exhaust after his tune? So all i know is that mms plug their laptop and said its running Ecutek and the last tune was 05 aha

If it was fitted with a zorst after tune, it would have popped by now.
