Every service I ever had done by City Subaru on both my WRX and Liberty they used Mobil.
I asked them specifically so I could do oil changes between services.

That was a couple of years ago. I only use TOTAL now anyway in them both.

This.... your timing belt isn't due for another 25000k's, so why bother replacing it? Especially if your selling the car.
Same goes for driveline and fuel filter, doesn't need to be done.
Definitely use genuine coolant, designed for Subaru cooling system components.
I know your trying to save money, but genuine parts are always the best choice, some aftermarket oil filters have been known to leak because of the very high oil pressure in EJ engines at cold start.

And don't forget the upper engine cleaner (part no SA459) and fuel additive (part no SA718)

The waterpump, camshaft seals, crank seals and timing pulleys are not scheduled for periodic replacement. They can be done if it makes you feel better but I would only normally do the small idler and the toothed idler as a precaution at the 125k. Unless there's evidence that the others are worn or leaking leave them alone.
