Asking for a friend who is planning to purchase a Type RA.
It was previously registered in Victoria and has all imports paperwork.
Question is, will it be easy to register the car in WA if import paperwork is provided?

as long as he has all the required paperwork its not a prob, dpi did take 24hrs to contact the required agency's over east and for them to reply but didnt have a prob at all wen mine was registered here in wa

Paper are a must. I the car does need to go over the pits for registration it mast be mechanically sound. No leaks, all electronics work. Basic things that they look for. My brother just bought a car over but was knocked back the first time due to exhaust, 2 way and split radiator. He also had the relative paper work
