Was wondering if anyone knows if I can get some 3M Primer 94 Promoter in Perth? I went to Bunnings in Joondalup but the person I asked said they haven't heard of it. If it’s not in Perth I will order on eBay but would be great to just get it after work. Need it for carbon fibre wrapping. Need the wrap to stick down a bit better. Unless anyone knows of something that would work the same?

Are you prepping the area first with Isoprop alcohol? Need to ensure surface is COMPLETELY free from any sort of wax/solvent etc etc etc.

Also, are you heating the vinyl once it's placed down? Will also help.
