If you want the SH Forester XT then buy the 5MT equipped version not the 4EAT version and dont waste your money on the Premium version unless you want a sunroof...also the oem headunit and gps is absolute rubbish...go after market on this.

the rods are shaped like that so you dont need to split the block to get them out

No more bonnet scoop, must feed from the leading edge of the bonnet. XT front end looks more aggressive. Need the usual wheel and height mods for that sick street racer look

correct, still top mount but has the scoop under the bonnet drawing from the front, pretty gay imho

No more 5speed manual, new Foz has a 6 speed or CVT, but CVT only for the XT as far as I know.
I'm not sure if the turbo is an FB engine or an FA. The non-turbo's are all FB-A(2.0L) or FB-C(2.5L), which are the same engines as the current Forester and Impreza, but more fuel efficient again.
No power and torque figures, I only found out about the XT today, so not sure.
