How about a gps tracking system that has a tilt /vibration sensor etc. built in and is directly linked to your mobile for any notifications.

I like it. I can get my geek on at the same time. I wonder how much something like that would cost?

If you are that paranoid maybe a house with a lock up shed could be a good idea.

You used to be able to get them from a company called Ashley Electrical in Malaga but their web site seems to have changed and I dont know if they supply/install anymore. This is the system GPS Tracking - GSM & GPS vehicle tracking & personal tracking devices They used to be around $1000 installed I was told.

GPS Tracking is really good, can be expensive and you usually have to pay a subscription. Car Alarms with motion sensors are probably the best option, but if someone gets a hold of your keys & immobiliser they wont be of much help.
CCTV isn't really of much help these days.

No subscription to pay on this set up I believe, just supply a SIM card and away you go. All fully self monitored.
