hey guys just want to know whats the best engin oil for a 2004 wrx sti cheers

I personally use Penrite HPR 10W50

Switching to 10W 60 for prolonged e85 use

Recommending the most suitable engine oil requires more information;

how many kilometres your engine has done,

is it a standard engine, or has it been rebuilt (possibly with altered clearances depending on intended purpose),

the type of driving that you do (short runs, long drives, track work etc),

are you running it on unleaded or e85?,

the length of your service intervals...
